Our Returns Policy

At Jubileebooks.co.uk we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. However, on rare occasions, we know you may want to return items.
Any title supplied through Jubileebooks.co.uk Ltd may be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

How to return your items:
·      The customers must notify Jubileebooks.co.uk Ltd, in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods if the customer intends to return goods that have been wrongly supplied or delivered in a faulty condition.
·      Jubileebooks.co.uk Ltd will provide the customer with a Returns Authorisation number, which must be quoted by the customer on their Returns documentation. Credits will not be issued for unauthorised returns.
·      Upon receiving the returned goods, Jubileebooks.co.uk Ltd will check the items returned against the Returns Authorisation detail and will issue a Credit Note for all faulty goods and all items wrongly delivered which have been returned in their original, unpacked condition.

We reserve the right not to issue a credit for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Jubileebooks.co.uk Ltd does not supply goods on approval or inspection without prior discussion and arrangement with a teacher or admin officer of the school or educational institution.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or Jubileebooks.co.uk Ltd appointed courier service, especially if the value of the return is more than £50.
Please note you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence or school at your cost. See our "Buying With Us" page for charges.
