Author

Malachy Doyle began his career as a children's writer in 1996 and was met with immediate success, having thirteen books accepted for publication within the year. He has also written The Barefoot Book of Fairy Tales (1-84148-797-x) for Barefoot Books, published in Autumn 2005. Malachy lives in Wales with his wife and three daughters. Niamh Sharkey, an award-winning Irish illustrator, graduated from the College of Marketing and Design, Ireland, in 1994 with First Class Honours.
